Position overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Functional Consultant who graduated in Accounting field to join our team focusing on implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and a deep understanding of business processes across various industries. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing support.

As an ERP consultant at Ecosoft, you will play a critical role in helping our client to transform their business process and ensuring the seamless integration of our ERP/HR solutions.

Our current solutions are 100% open source, Frappe, which works on Sale-to-Cash (S2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory management, Thai Tax and Accounting, Manufacturing, Project management, Payroll and HR Modules, etc.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

  1. Understand client’s business (As-Is) and their Requirements.
  2. Configure and set Frappe to meet client’s requirements.
  3. Identify GAP, analyse (Do-Don’t) and design for customisation (if required).
  4. Perform To-Be business flows, diagram, blueprint with related system integrations (if any).
  5. Perform functional Testing both internal and external with users i.e. Used Cases Test, Smoke Test, User Accepted Test (UAT) and System Integration Test (SIT).
  6. Analyse test feedback with MoSCoW prioritisation and propose solutions to address feedback.
  7. Prepare User Manual and perform User Training.
  8. Work on Data template Design, validation and Migration.
  9. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the go-live system before handing over to the support team.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest our solutions features and technologies to provide practical solutions to clients.

  12. Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting (any majors), Information System, Computer Science, or related fields.
