Ecosoft is an ERP Implementer, focused on OPEN SOURCE ERP application and OPEN SOURCE Ways of Working.

Working Environment

You will be a part of the Consultant team to Implement ERP software for our clients, SME, Corporate and Government.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities

To be a part of the Project team to implement Open Source ERP to our clients that you and yourteammates wears multiple hats covering 2 core roles:

Business Analyst

  1. Understanding of Client’s business.
  2. Perform GAP Analysis for Client’s Business and our Open Source ERP

ERP Functional Consultant

  1. Deep understanding of our Open Source ERP Application.
  2. Be able to provide suggestions on how our Open source ERP application


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for providing a consultative approach to the successful and timely
  2. Implementation of the ERP software, particularly in Finance and Accounting modules.
  3. To make sure the integration/implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish.
  4. Deep Understanding of ERP Software.
  5. Understand client's business flow and process with Blueprint deliverables.
  6. Work with the Developer to write design specifications for new adds-on/module, if it is needed
  7. Documents the requirement, diagram, design, programming logic and unit test criteria in order to meet requirements in logical format.
  8. Perform User Accepted Test and System Integration Test, for client's business cases.
  9. Handle user manual and training materials.
  10. Be able to provide email support, if required


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Accounting information system,Computer Science or related field.
  2. 0-3 years experience in accounting, business analyst or related field.
  3. Good analytical skills to quickly understand complex business and systems.
  4. Experience in ERP implementation, ERP software or Accounting software (is a plus).
  5. Good teamwork mindset and adaptive to fast paced Agile working process.
  6. Self-learner and open up to learn new things with analytical skills and logical thinking.
  7. Good reading and written skills in English.
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
